bandwidth shenanigans mk2

Just a note to say that after a short outage due to doing my monthly transfer limit (again) I've decided to upgrade my hosting plan so that the site has a little bit more room to move. It's a good sign that we're using the bandwidth, that means that plenty of folks are visiting.

I've been working on several projects, one of which is working with Peter over on Create Digital Music and some other fantastic folks on the CDM redesign. It's quite a big job and should be showing up on the interweb very soon.

I've also quit full time work for my previous employer a few months ago, and I've been working for myself. That means if you need graphic design work done, I could quite possibly be your man (info at ausmusician dot com) That means most weeks I've been clocking up 70-80 working hours in the last few months. I'm going to try and balance things a little more so that I can concentrate on some non-work related projects, such as onetonne. Which, by the way, has been running in one shape or another for 4 years now.

my excellent webhost

I'd also like to use this as an opportunity to give my host a plug. I use an Australian company - Digitalis, and they have not only provided me excellent prices but fantastic support and excellent quality of service. It's really nice to get such excellent quality service and support and if you're looking for a quality host I would recommend them. So check em out: Digitalis - tell 'em onetonnemusic sent ya ;)

want to join in?

It's a very busy and exciting time, and after the CDM redesign is finished, I have a few tweaks in mind for onetonne, and also I would like to encourage anyone who is interested in getting involved with the site to please get in contact (info at ausmusician dot com) - if you are into music and want a space to write about what moves you then I'd love to have some extra folks onboard.
