Screenprinting for fun at home

I recently ran a screen printing workshop for AGDA Tasmania, and I wrote up these notes for the nice people who came along. I thought It'd be good to share this. When I started looking into making my own home screen printing setup I found it difficult to get simple information of what I needed. So I wrote this.

Our Cards Winter 2009

We thought it was high time we updated the page with some of our Winter 2009 card range. We have a mixture of cards and themes and are just in the middle of research for our next round of cards! It's been great fun so far and we're both really happy with how it's been going so far!

Markets

We've really enjoyed selling our cards at markets and have been lucky enough to sell at the Odd + Even and The Market as well as a guest spot on the lovely Verna + Hilda stall at the also very lovely Mother's market here in Hobart. There is just about nothing nicer than a day of chatting to lovely folks and seeing the amazing talent that is bubbling along nearby. A big thankyou also to Lou + Jimmy + Jane of the Bucket Brigade with whom we have shared stall space and red wine brainstorming sessions - they are nicer than a iced-vovo with a machine gun that shoots kitten kisses. Yep they're that nice. Thanks guys!

It's really inspiring and now would be a great opportunity to say hello and thanks to the other stallholders and market organisers as you guys all make it really amazing. Ta everyone!

Christmas & Birthday Cards

I'm happy to announce that my partner jen & I have just got back a run of Christmas & Birthday cards from the printer. They're printed here in Tasmania, and the cards and envelopes are 100% recycled. Each card includes a gift tag as well.
